LUDOVIC JOLIVET: an artist & a Photographer
Ludovic Jolivet is a French American artist who began his artistic venture as a dancer and choreographer for stage and film. He holds a BFA in Dance and MFA in Choreography. His love for the visual arts and storytelling inspired him to shift to filmmaking, working with CityDance FilmWorks in Washington, DC for 10 years. During that time, Ludovic also had the opportunity to do videography works for live events such as weddings. Ludovic was always passionate about photography but had not envisioned to work as a photographer until he was approached by a fashion designer to photographed her new collection in Los Angeles, CA in 2016. Since then, he has focused his career on photography, first with fashion, lifestyle, and portraits, and then moving to wedding photography. Ludovic moved to France for 5 years where he developed his career as a wedding photographer. He has just moved back to the USA and looking forward to capture more beautiful images. Ludovic's style is oriented towards documentary, genuine, and storytelling photography while also addressing the importance of guidance and inspirational directing as needed.
